Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how KEN BUI (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use Phone Protect: Purelio Cleanup (the “App”). We want to be clear and brief: the App is built to help you manage the photos and videos on your own device.
Information the App accesses
To work, the App asks for permission to access your photo library. It uses this access to:
- find similar photos, duplicates, selfies, screenshots, similar videos and screen recordings;
- show you previews and sizes so you can choose what to remove or compress;
- delete or compress the items that you explicitly select.
You can change or revoke this permission at any time in iOS Settings, although most features will not work without it.
Your photos and videos
The App is designed to analyze your media on your device. We do not sell your photos or videos, and we do not use them for advertising. Items are only deleted, compressed or moved after you confirm the action in the App.
Secret Space and your PIN
Secret Space lets you protect selected media behind a PIN that you create. Your PIN is used only to unlock this feature on your device. Please choose a PIN you will remember — we may be unable to recover protected content if the PIN is lost.
Purchases and subscriptions
Some features are available through the PRO plan. Payments are processed by Apple through your Apple ID; we do not receive or store your full payment card details. Apple may share limited purchase information (such as subscription status) with us so we can unlock your features.
Analytics and diagnostics
We may collect limited, non-identifying technical information such as app version, device model, OS version and crash reports to keep the App stable and improve it. This information is not used to identify you personally.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with service providers who help us operate the App (for example, crash reporting), and when required to do so by law.
Children
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
